Red-Eyed Tree Frog
Hi friends! I am so "hoppy" to tell you about myself. The place I call home is in Mrs. Forman's kindergarten class, at Public School 236 in Brooklyn, New York. My favorite place in the room is in my own special pocket, on the Big Book Cart. From my favorite spot I can see all the smiling boys and girls in K-101, listen to their singing, and watch and learn with the children. I am also close by to one of my favorite pals, "Lucky Too! " The 23 children in K-101 take very good care of me, they handle me gently and tickle my tummy. I will miss all of the children and Mrs. Forman as I travel and visit other kindergarten classes. But, they know that I will return in the spring with a scrapbook full of my adventures. I am very excited about meeting new friends and visiting new places. My bag is packed with my special things. I am ready to begin my travels. Look for me soon!
