Happy Birthday
We would love to celebrate your special day with you!
When planning a class birthday party please give Mrs. Forman 1 week notice.
If there is an event planned for that day you will be given optional dates to choose from.
You may send in cupcakes or doughnuts or Munchkins or ice cream dixie cups.
Optional Supplies: Juice boxes, small plates, small napkins, goodie bags.
We have 21 children in our class, there are 14 boys and 7 girls.
You may send in the party supplies in the morning when you child arrives at school or after lunch (1:00 PM)
Please drop off the party items marked with name and class at the security desk.
Parents and siblings do not attend our class birthday parties.
