The Family Gingerbread Project is an activity for the entire family to complete together!

In class we enjoyed many books about the Gingerbread Man, Boy, Cowboy and we are looking forward to reading more!

On the Gingerbread Friends index you can print out the Ginger Friend outline.

Notice it is plain, not a feature to be found. Your job is to fashion a wildly imaginative Ginger __.

You can use any materials you want (beans, ribbon, glitter, buttons, assorted craft supplies). You will need to paste your outline on cardboard or oak tag before you begin to give it extra support. Include your name somewhere on the figure. Your imagination is the only limit!!!

I hope that you enjoy completing this project with your Kindergartner and the rest of your family. I can’t wait to see your family’s Gingerbread ___!

Your kindergartener should fill out the Ginger Friend Story sheet telling about his/her family Ginger ____ using careful and neat penmanship.

Note: I have added some past Ginger Friends creations for you to enjoy.

Please return your Ginger _____ and information sheet by Friday .Jan 8th.
